Application and Features:
New type medium size apron feeder is designed on the basis of technology of German O&K heavy duty apron feeder, which is of 2 kinds feeding type, fixed feeding and moveable feeding.

This kind of heavy duty apron feeder is widely applied to building material, chemical plant, metallurgy, coal industries. Material with different size, different density should be transported to various receiving device. It shall be mounted by horizontal type and inclined type with max. 25°. It has 2 kinds of adjusting speed, variable frequency adjusting and hydraulic motor adjusting, which can be conducted control interlock with receiving device, to guarantee max. efficiency of receiving device.

Application and Features
Gyratory crushers are main equipments for crushing ores and rocks in mining, forging, constructing, chemical industry and power stations. They have high crushing rate, high output rate and their products have even grains.

NHI has more than 50years history of designing and manufacturing gyratory crushers. Its products form series from PXZ-0506 to PXZ-1623. These products are welcomed by domestic and foreign customers for their variety of models, advanced design, reliable capacity, stable running and low consumption of energy.

NHI produces three series of gyratory crushers. They are PXZ (heavy), PXQ (light), and PXF (introduced). PXZ series is used for crushing material of high or intermediate hardness and PXQ series is used for crushing material of intermediate or low hardness.  PXF is mainly used as coarse crushing equipments for large open mines and ore dressing plants.

Gyratory crushers consist of transmitting assemblies, bottom shell assemblies, eccentric sleeve assemblies, crushing head assemblies, middle shell assemblies, spider assemblies, motor assemblies, oil cylinder assemblies, pulley assemblies and grease and oil lubricating systems.

The motor drives the eccentric by a horizontal shaft and a pair of conical gears while the crusher is running and force the axis of mantle to swing, therefore the opening of the upper mantle and the lower mantle changes in a certain range and the material is milled, bended and finally crushed. The crushed material is discharged by gravity.

Hydraulic supporting structure is used for bottom shell. Oil is pumped into oil cylinder before starting the machine, and when the cone rises to the working position, shut the disconnection valve and stop the oil pump. The discharge opening of this kind of crushers can be adjusted easily, therefore the grain sizes and output is satisfying. When a non-broken material falling into the crushing chamber causing the breaking force increases, Hydraulic systems also will be increased, the oil tanks have been pressed into the accumulator, thereby bringing down broken cone, behind mine mouth increases, excluding non-broken material. Discharge of non-broken things the role of the accumulator, the oil through the one-way throuttle valve more slowly pressed into the fuel tank, thereby crushing cone is very smooth and automatically reset. When a non-broken material size is too large and can not be discharged of discharge port, the system pressure continues to rise up to the value of electric contact pressure gauge it is set, the control system automatically stops the main motor to ensure the safety of equipment.

Product application and features
Ball Mill, AG Mill and SAG Mill are widely used in electric power industry, beneficiation processes for ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, chemical industry, building materials industry and so on. It is the equipment for grinding ores or other materiel with a certain particle size into smaller size.

Technical Features:
By taking the mode of air clutch or liquid state soft start, smooth starting of ball mill main motor and shell is realized, which could decrease installed power and reduce starting current from 6.5 times of direct starting to 2.5 times.

Using hybrid bearing or pitot-static pressure bearing. For hybrid bearing: taking combined lubrication with high-low pressure oil station, high pressure lubrication is used on start/stop to rise the revolving member, and low pressure lubrication is used during normal running. For pitot-static pressure bearing: using high pressure lubrication to rise the revolving member during whole process.  Both two forms of bearing can effectively avoid the phenomenon of “bush burning”, increase service life of bearing.

Bearing types: single pad Babbitt alloy, single pad high leaded bronze, slide shoe bearing (Babbitt alloy).

Driving form: single driving with synchronous motor, single driving with induction motor, double driving with synchronous motor, double driving with induction motor, non-gear driving with ring motor.

Using new wear resistant materials, such as liner, inlet and outlet bush, bearing and so on, increase service life of vulnerable parts.

By taking new processing technology to simplify process flow, such as machining shell, end cover and large gear flange divided, so as to decrease manufacturing cycle.

Damp mill is a main equipment of pellet technology, which deals with the materials with water content of 8-13% to make the materials mixed and thinned adequately as well as increase the surface area of material particles. Damp mill can be applied to shorten the production process of pellet, decrease energy consumption of equipment and improve pellet quality and metal recovery, improve working conditions and environmental conditions, etc.

The working principle is: peripheral gear drives the drum rotating; the material is shocked by grinding medium i.e. steel balls, as well as the grinding between the liner plates of the drum among balls, so that the new surface of materials are fully exposed and the materials are fully mixed. Finally they are discharged through the discharge hole into the next procedure. It can effectively reduce bentonite addition and increase green ball strength.

In the basis of bass mill, the damp mill has three main characteristics: compulsory material feeding, peripheral mine discharge and rubber lining.
