Application and Features
Mine-car loader is widely used in the continuous and automatic package- product loading in the industry of building material, chemical, food and shipping dock. It loads package-product into train or car together with convey system in order to realize the automation of transmission.
ZH(Q)D650/100 loader of bag materials can be widely applied in occasions of process requirements of the continuous and automatic loading of bag products in the industries e.g. building materials, chemical and food. It is mainly adapt for the loading of bag food on train or automobile. The equipment is applied in matching with conveying system and can achieve automation of production transportation flow.
ZH (Q) D650/100 type bag material loader is a new loading equipment of bag products. The technical economy indexes are advanced and structure is reliable. It may realize up and down, left and right, front and back movements according to the actual loading requirements to make loading be more easy and fast, with loading high efficiency, small investment and low running cost, so that a lot of labor force can be saved, meanwhile remarkable economy benefits and social benefits can be brought for application departments.
ZH(Q)D650/100 type bag material loader consists of belt machine, conveyor carriage, rails and electrical control system, etc. First the conveyor receives bag part from upstream conveying system, and transfers it to the belt machine which can move for several free degree, finally load the material to automobile or train carriage.

Tubular belt conveyor is a special belt conveyor developed based on the trough belt conveyor and can realize enclosed conveyance with effective prevention of leakage and spill of materials, raise dust, mixing of sundries and intrusion of rain and snow, etc. The tubular belt conveyor is characterized good tightness, low environmental pollution; large inclination of conveyance; applicability to complex terrain layout; easiness to realize planar and spatial turning; small floor area; and bidirectional conveyance of materials, etc. As of now many tubular belt conveyors have been designed, manufactured and installed for domestic and abroad customers including Jiangsu Yonggang, Sanya Cement, India Sally Holy Power Plant and Indonesia Project, etc.

Downward belt conveyor is a special rubber conveyor delivering materials from high to low, this rubber conveyor shows negative power, enabling motor to be in the dynamic braking state. Effective control for full-load start and stop of belt conveyor, especially realization of controllable soft brake of rubber conveyor in the case of sudden loss of power to prevent runaway of rubber conveyor is a key technique in this rubber conveyor. As of now our company has designed, manufactured and installed multiple downward belt conveyors for enterprises including Sichun Dayunhe, Pingliang Hailuo and Changxing Mining, etc. The figure below shows a 4021m long downward belt conveyor for Pubugou to convey materials for casting dam of Pubugou Hydropower Station.

Portable belt conveyor is a continuous conveying and loading/unloading equipment of high-efficiency and good applicability and motility and is mainly used in places with frequently changed loading and unloading locations, such as ports, quays, stations, coal yards, blast furnaces, warehouses, construction sites, sand/stone stockyards and farms, etc. The figure below shows a main belt conveyor and a large-capacity, multi-station flexible head belt conveyor designed and manufactured by our company for 5500m3 blast furnace, the largest one in China at present of Shougang Group at Caofeidian. Furthermore we have had multiple portable, displacement and semi-displacement belt conveyors in service at Yimin, Huolinhe, Shengli and Dayan Strip Mines in Inner Mongolia.

|
Planar curving belt conveyor refers to a special belt conveyor by means of planar conveyor belt to realize planar turning and also realize vertical concavo-convex arc turning following planar turning to form spatial turning. This conveyor lifts the internal curve of conveyor belt, enabling generation of an outward centrifugal thrust during operation of conveyor to overcome centripetal force of belt tension caused by turning for guaranteeing the turning operation of conveyor belt. The curving operational route adopted can steer clear of obstacles or unfavorable sections to realize fewer or no intermediate transfer stations so as to reach the purpose of reducing quantity of equipment and enable power supply of system and control system to be more centralized. Up to now our company has successfully designed, manufactured and installed multiple planar curving belt conveyors for projects of Wuhu Hailuo, Chizhou, Hubei Huaxiang and Kyrgyzstan, etc. The figure below shows a long-distance and multi-point driven planar turning off-load belt conveyor of our company supplied for Wuhu Hailuo, the only central driven planar turning long-distance belt conveyor independently designed, manufactured and installed at home. |
