Application and Features
MGS Double-inlet and Double-outlet Steel Ball Coal Mill produced by our company is a new type of Double-inlet and Double-outlet Coal Mill with self-owned intellectual property rights by introducing a series of advanced technologies of design, process, inpsetion and test on the basis of French BBD Double-inlet and Double-outlet Steel Ball Coal Mill and American D Double-inlet and Double-outlet Coal Mill techniques. MGS Double-inlet and Double-outlet Steel Ball Coal Mill has been widely used for pulverized coal preparation system in electric power, metallurgical, building materials, chemical industry and environmental protection industries.

Technical Features
With advanced structure, steady performance, complete function and reliable operation features, eight series types can supply for 100~1000MW thermal power generating units. 

One and only adopt Electric-ear and Differential Pressure Double Control System, the electric ears control coal level of the mill, the differential pressure controls pulverized coal level of the mill to easily achieve height control automatically.

Screw articulation-typed forced feeding structure is very suitable for the raw coal with bigger granularity, bigger moisture and bigger viscosity, which is better than other feeding structure in preventing coal clogging. 

Particular By-pass Air Pre-drying plus Classifier Front-hot Air Introduce System possess a fine raw coal pre-drying and a low temperature hot air pulverized coal conveying performance. The system explosion protection safety is extremely high. 

The design of girth gear driving is complied with the newest international standard ISO6336-95 (C method) Exposed Gear Design Standard. The inspection and acceptance is complied with ISO1328-95. Gear with half and segment types are both available according to customer requirements. 

The design of main bearing is adopted with unique high-low pressure united lubrication, double-segments surface rocker center aligning structure, piston-ring typed sealing, inside-setting snake pipe cooling and temperature-measured resistance under the bush, they can fully insure safety operation of bearing bush.
Pitot-static pressure lubrication station is also can be used according to the custumer reuqirements for main bearing lubrication purpose. The characteristic of this kind of bearing is with bigger oil film thickness and with a longer service-life.

Liners are made with technologies from France patent of equal wearing liner which can insure an unchanged outline shape during whole wearing period and an unchanged lifting balls capacity, thus aa stable output and fine products can be obtained. 

There are three types of Classifier to be selected according to the customer requirement: Static Classifier, Dynamic and Static Classifier, also Axil Classifier.

Application and Features 
MPS Roller Disc Coal Mill technology was introduced from France with a series of advanced design, process, inspection and test technologies in 1986. It is widely used for pulverized coal preparation system in electric power, metallurgical, building materials, chemical industry and environmental protection industries.

Technical Features
It is mainly used for grinding bituminous coal, lean coal with moderating grindability and some of lignite coal with higher moisture. The mill is suitable for: moisture: Mt≤36%;Ash:Aar≤45%;volatile:Vdaf=10-58%  heating:Qnet,ar≥10.5MJ/kg;HGI=30-100; wearing index:Ke≤7。

The design principle in the view of low rotating speed, bigger roller diameter and high loading force is applied. Comparing with other types of medium speed mill, its grinding mechanism is the best, also suit for various coals and a long-term stable operation.

Output capacity is stable within the service life of the wearing parts and only a 5% output decline at the end of service period.

Action force of the wearing parts is transferred by the static supporting system adopting vertical loading, the frame is not loaded directly with grinding pressure and wearing parts. The grinding force is acted evenly on each roller. The roller is connected between roll pine and loading frame, can swing at 12-15°angle, suit for varied material layer and feeding size, it made rollers, grinding track and reducer loaded evenly, the mill running smoothly with small vibration, resistant ability of tri-block (stone block, wooden block, iron block) is strong, the mill noise is <85dB.

Changing-load in accordance with demand of boiler’s load can implement to operate in the most cost-effective condition.

Equipped with Static Classifier or Dynamic Classifier in accordance with demands of different fineness of pulverized coal.

Regarding different material to be puverized, roller tyres and grinding track liners are made with variable materials of high-chrome iron casting, Ni-HardⅣ iron casting or hard facing alloy guaranteeing a long-term stable mill operation.

Tube Ball Coal Mill mainly uses for all kinds of hardness coal in Coal Steam-electric Plant.

●Features
☆ Special casting technology is used for end cover.Its design structure without stress concentration insures no rupture occurred at end cover.

☆ Girth gear adopts radial sealing to insure no dust entering into the gear housing.

☆ Separate structure is used in pinion, optimum material is applied for gear and gear-shaft.

☆ Main bearing is adopted with a series of advanced technologies, such as: double-segments surface center aligning structure, piston-ring typed sealing, inside-setting snake pipe cooling, high-low pressure united lubrication and temperature taking under the bush, these can insure no bush burning.

☆ The bolts for liner are made of high strength material 35CrMo without any broken.

☆ It is now the most advanced to adopt model manufacture-process, which fully insures main parts with a fine interchangeability.

☆ Wearing liners are used in inlet and outlet hoppers, their service life is enhanced.
